We do our best to ship all in stock orders the same business day when the order is placed before 3 pm CST. Custom requests may take longer.
All free shipping will be via standard ground service. Most orders are delivered are delivered in 2-5 business days. If you require faster delivery, please reach out to us at email@example.com for a quote. For any items that are only eligible for freight shipping we will call you with a quote before processing an order.
We make it a point to ship all in stock orders as soon as possible. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
Many of our items do not ship from our shop in Illinois. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers/warehouses, you will potentially receive tracking numbers and items at different times.
We can not always control which method our suppliers use to ship. It is possible to even receive packages from multiple carriers on the same order if you order more than one item. If you have a problem with a specific shipper reaching your delivery area, you need to let us know in the comments section of your order. We reserve the right to decide which shipping companies to use. By purchasing products on this site, you are agreeing to this policy.
We strive to get you tracking numbers as soon as an order has shipped. In some cases, we are not provided with tracking numbers. In these cases we will still notify you of shipping and provide an estimated delivery window.
Almost all of our orders will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. If you wish to waive this signature, please make a note in the comments when you order. We are not liable for any insurance claim of damaged/stolen goods a carrier rejects on an order where it was requested the signature be waived.
We must have a physical address in order to ship parts. P.O. boxes will not suffice.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Freight:
Free shipping is only available to addresses in the lower 48 states. If you live outside of that region, we will notify you of any additional freight charges to your location and must receive payment before we will ship your order.
